Pubs Tales

The Willoughby area has a rich history, with stories of community heroes and entertainment wonders. Join local historian Don Swonnell at three local heritage pubs to hear these stories all whilst tasting a selection of their finest ales.

Spend you Saturday afternoon with friends new and old eating delicious food and leaning and participating in this fantastic heritage pub tour.

Visit the watering holes of legendary Australian poet Henry Lawson and his friend, artist and amateur boxer Norman Lindsay – you won’t believe what they used to get up to! In a nod to the present, finish the tour at Willoughby’s own nano brewery.

Hop on the bus or meet at the pub. This unique tour will feature tastings, food, games and trivia.
